Guess what we have tried .....
Thanks Coco for buying the sunflower seeds in the kernel. They are extra tasty but there is definitely an art to breaking into the kernel and getting the seed out.

Sunflower seeds do look a bit tricky! Looks like you all had fun cracking and eating them :)
YUM. Sunflower sandwich. Or great in gardens. Long tall stalks and even the shorter ones. Bright and Happy where bees do their buzzing. Before inside tastiness, goodness once harvested. Can be tricky and time is needed, a flower, a food, isn't it amazing. Have fun! Chris Watchorn
